Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Complimentary Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across India.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination; however, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Shipping

For customers requiring expedited delivery, express shipping is available at an additional charge.

Not available for designer blouses, customised pieces, or pre-order collections
Same-Day & Instant Delivery (Bangalore)

For customers within Bangalore, we offer expedited local delivery through trusted partners such as Porter, Dunzo, and Swiggy, subject to service availability and an additional delivery charge.

Orders for instant delivery are typically arranged within 24–30 hours during operational business hours.

Pre-Order Collections

Certain handcrafted collections that are temporarily sold out may be made available on a pre-order basis. Such products will be clearly identified within the product description.

As each piece is meticulously recreated by skilled artisans, the estimated production and delivery timeline is approximately 45–60 business days. In certain cases, timelines may extend depending on the complexity of craftsmanship and production requirements.

Express shipping services are not applicable to pre-order items. We kindly encourage customers to allow sufficient lead time when placing pre-orders, particularly for special occasions and events.

Additional Services

Orders requiring customisation, alterations, finishing services, or any additional value-added services may require an additional 2–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch.

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we collaborate with reputable logistics partners, including Delhivery, DTDC, and other trusted courier providers.

International Shipping
Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, and shipment weight.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

International orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs procedures, local regulations, and carrier operations in the destination country.

International Courier Partners

We work with globally recognised logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other premium international shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to Reshme Mane. As customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to estimate or assume responsibility for such fees.

Order Tracking & Delivery
Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

You will also receive an SMS notification on the mobile number provided at checkout when your package is out for delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. Should all delivery attempts be unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility.

Any charges incurred for re-shipping a returned package shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Liability

While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery of every order, Reshme Mane cannot be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical challenges.

In such instances, we will actively liaise with the respective shipping partner and make every reasonable effort to facilitate the earliest possible delivery.

Governing Jurisdiction

All matters relating to purchases, deliveries, disputes, and claims shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
